Ekathra has extensive experience in organizing experiential learning programs for students across various age groups and academic backgrounds. From summer camps for primary school children, where they learn human values and empathy, to tailored programs for upper primary, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, we provide immersive, hands-on learning experiences. Over the years, we have hosted students from countries such as Sweden, Norway, Australia, the Netherlands, Japan, Denmark, Switzerland, the US, and Canada, offering both volunteering opportunities and academically driven research programs.

With a strong network of accommodation options, trained guides, and coordinators, Ekathra has successfully facilitated these programs across Kerala. We ensure seamless management of logistics, interpretation services, and interactions with community members, academicians, scholars, subject experts, politicians, and civil society leaders, making each program a truly enriching experience.

Maj. Aneesh Gurudas, with invaluable experience in the Indian Army, corporate sector, and leading outbound learning programs for organizations. He also specializes in safety and survival training for students and disaster preparedness programs for local communities.

George V John, with over 35 years of experience in training and research, brings extensive knowledge in working with academicians, researchers, interns, volunteers, and students.

Sreejith Payyadakath, with a decade of corporate management experience in the software industry, has strong networking skills, thanks to his active involvement in conservation organizations and connections across Kerala’s social and political landscape.
